1. General Terms

By renting equipment from Granite Camera Rental, LLC, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

1.2 Changes to Terms

Granite Camera Rental, LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Rental Agreement

2.1 Eligibility

To rent equipment from Granite Camera Rental, LLC, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid government-issued photo ID.

2.2 Rental Period

The rental period begins when you receive the equipment and ends when it is returned to Granite Camera Rental, LLC. Late returns will incur additional fees as outlined in Section 3.3.

2.3 Reservations

Reservations can be made online, over the phone, or in person. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation.

2.4 Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be subject to a fee equal to one day’s rental cost.

3. Rental Fees and Payment

3.1 Pricing

Rental fees vary based on the equipment and rental period. Current pricing is available on our website or upon request.

3.2 Payment

Full payment is required at the time of rental. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other forms of payment as specified on our website.

3.3 Late Fees

Equipment returned after the agreed-upon return time will incur additional fees. Late fees are calculated at a daily rate equal to the original daily rental rate of the equipment.

3.4 Security Deposit

A security deposit may be required at the time of rental. The deposit will be refunded upon the return of the equipment in good condition.

4. Equipment Use and Care

4.1 Proper Use

You agree to use the equipment in a careful and proper manner and in compliance with all laws, regulations, and manufacturer’s instructions.

4.2 Inspection

You are responsible for inspecting the equipment upon receipt and notifying Granite Camera Rental, LLC of any defects or issues. Failure to report defects within 24 hours may result in you being held responsible for damages.

4.3 Damage and Loss

You are responsible for any damage to or loss of the equipment during the rental period. In the event of damage or loss, you will be charged for the cost of repairs or replacement.

4.4 Prohibited Uses

The equipment may not be used for any illegal activities, or in any hazardous conditions, or in a manner that could cause damage to the equipment or injury to others.

5. Liability and Indemnification

5.1 Liability

Granite Camera Rental, LLC is not liable for any damage or injury resulting from the use of the rented equipment. You assume all risks associated with the use of the equipment.

5.2 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Granite Camera Rental, LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the equipment.

6. Return Policy

6.1 Condition

Equipment must be returned in the same condition as when rented, except for normal wear and tear. You are responsible for cleaning the equipment before returning it.

6.2 Inspection on Return

All equipment will be inspected upon return. Any damage or missing items will be noted, and repair or replacement costs will be deducted from your security deposit or charged to your payment method.

6.3 Early Returns

Early returns will not result in a refund unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of rental.

7. Privacy

7.1 Personal Information

We collect personal information necessary to process your rental and provide our services. This information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7.2 Data Security

We implement security measures to protect your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you acknowledge that any transmission of data carries inherent risks.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of New Hampshire.
