1. Returns

  • Returning Equipment: All rented equipment must be returned by the specified return date. Late returns will incur additional charges.
  • Return Process: Pack the equipment securely in its original packaging or equivalent and include all accessories and documentation. Use the prepaid return shipping label provided with your rental.
  • Condition of Returns: Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was received, with no damage beyond normal wear and tear. Damage due to misuse, neglect, or accident will result in additional fees.

2. Refunds

  • Cancellation Policy:
    • More than 7 Days Before Rental Start: Full refund.
    • 7 Days or Less Before Rental Start & Before Shipment Departs Facility: Full refund, less a restocking fee, the greater of 25% of the order amount or $50.
    • On or After Rental Start Date Or Day Of First Delivery Attempt: No refund.
  • Damage Deposits: Damage deposits are fully refundable provided the equipment is returned on time and in good condition. Refunds for deposits will be processed within 5 business days of the return.

3. Damaged or Defective Equipment

  • Inspection Upon Receipt: Inspect all equipment immediately upon receipt. Report any damage or defects within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Replacement of Defective Equipment: We will replace defective equipment at no additional charge if reported within 24 hours of receipt. If a suitable replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued for the affected item(s).
  • Damage During Rental Period: The renter is responsible for any damage that occurs during the rental period. Charges for repair or replacement will be assessed and deducted from the damage deposit.

4. Lost or Stolen Equipment

  • Responsibility: The renter is responsible for the full replacement cost of any lost or stolen equipment.
  • Replacement Charges: Charges for lost or stolen equipment will be assessed and invoiced. The renter must pay the invoice within 10 business days.
